All the humor and attitude that makes Garfield America’s favorite feline comes to life in Garfield’s Halloween Adventure (1985 Emmy® Winner), Garfield’s Thanksgiving (1989 Emmy Nominee) and A Garfield Christmas Special (1987 Emmy Nominee). The whole family will laugh out loud at these 30-minute specials, featuring various Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas situations and story lines with Garfield, Odie and Jon. “Garfield Holiday Celebrations" rolls on to DVD October 26, 2004 for $14.98 US/$16.98 Canada. Marketing Support
"Garfield Holiday Celebrations" is scheduled for release to coincide with the highly-anticipated release of Garfield The Movie arriving one week earlier on October 19. Fox Home Entertainment will expand the comprehensive marketing, publicity and advertising campaign for both titles to reach legions of Garfield classic and new fans to generate millions of targeted consumer impressions.

Garfield’s Halloween Adventure
“Garfield’s Halloween Adventure” finds the feisty feline and the hapless pup Odie, dressing as pirates out to pillage a village and return with bags full of candy. Instead, the two get shipwrecked and discover a haunted house inhabited by treasure-hunting pirates who’ve returned from the grave. Lou Rawls sings “This Is The Night” and “Scaredy Cat.”

Garfield’s Thanksgiving
According to Garfield, on Thanksgiving people “celebrate food by eating as much of it as possible.” “It’s a tradition, I love tradition.” But that tradition is history following a checkup from veterinarian Liz Wilson, a sassy lady who’s also the new heartthrob of Garfield’s owner, Jon. The bad news for Garfield: he must go on a diet. The good news for Jon: Liz agrees to come to his house for Thanksgiving.

A Garfield Christmas Special
“A Garfield Christmas Special” finds the surly fat cat on an old-fashioned holiday at the family farm with Jon’s mom and dad, brother Doc-boy and feisty grandma, who’s the cat’s meow. Music by Ed Bogas and Desiree Goyette, performed by Lou Rawls, Lorenzo Music.
